Our office is located off I-85 and Pelham Road and offers street level parking for your convenience.

DIRECTIONS:

FROM THE EAST (Spartanburg):Take I-85 South, and then take exit 54 for “Pelham Road”. Turn right onto Pelham Road, then in one mile turn right at the light onto Milestone Way. Turn right onto Buena Vista Way, and then take your second left into “Milestone Park”. Our building, 130 Milestone Way, will be the first building on the left.

FROM THE WEST (Easley/ Clemson/Keowee Key): Take Tiger Blvd/ US 123 and use exit SC-153 toward I-85 North. Follow I-85 North and take exit 54 for Pelham Road. Turn Left onto Pelham Road, then in one mile turn right at the light onto Milestone Way. Turn right onto Buena Vista Way, and then take your second left into “Milestone Park”. Our Building, 130 Milestone Way, will be the first building on the left.

FROM THE NORTH (Travelers Rest/Asheville): Take US 25 S. through Travelers Rest, then keep left on US 276 East. Turn Right onto North Pleasantburg Drive, and then turn left onto East North Street. Take your next slight right onto Pelham Road, and in 5 miles, turn left at the light onto Milestone Way. Turn right onto Buena Vista Way, and then take your second left into “Milestone Park”. Our Building, 130 Milestone Way, will be the first building on the left.

FROM THE SOUTH (Clinton/Newberry): Take I-385 North towards Greenville, and keep left to follow signs for I-85 North. Take exit 54 for “Pelham Road”. Turn left onto Pelham Road, then in one mile turn right at the light onto Milestone Way. Turn right onto Buena Vista Way, and then take your second left into “Milestone Park”. Our Building, 130 Milestone Way, will be the first building on the left.

PARKING: Parking is available in front of the building. Sage Wealth is located in Suite C, to your left after you enter the main door.
